Management
Mr. Mukesh Chokhani is an Engineering Graduate and also has a Post Graduate Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Indore. He is responsible for business development, strategic planning, diversification, and project management along with all other key executive functions. His work is inspired by a diverse set of influences, both traditional and contemporary, and he firmly believes in the importance of constant evolution for prolonged success.
He brings with him a lot of dynamism, enthusiasm & customer focus with a class of understanding the actual demand of customers as he has experience of over 15 years in customer-centric industries and thus lays a lot of emphasis on the principle of “Customer Delight”. His futuristic approach would result in the ‘latest and best for the customers of Atman Infra.
Ms. Rohini Sureka holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a specialization in Finance from S P Jain Institute. She firmly believes that being a real estate entrepreneur is not some magic potion one is born with. It is not a lazy man’s way to wealth. It is sheer hard work. And there is definitely risk involved. But with information, diligence, determination, and calculated risk, there are plenty of opportunities to make beautiful and sustainable projects.
Through her own endeavours, diligent work, and commitment, she aspires to become one of the stalwarts of Guwahati’s real estate industry. Rohini started her education in real estate and infrastructure construction at the tender age of 16. Most children went to some exotic place in their summer vacation but Rohini used to go to the office with her uncle. A woman of many talents, Rohini quit her job in an infrastructure construction company and decided on contributing to the family business, in addition to running her own boutique Investment Banking firm.
